AFFORDABLE HOUSING & HOMEOWNERSHIP FOR ALL

The Father's House Oroville Community Land Trust (CLT) is a non-profit that transforms our communities by partnering with community members, residents, investors, institutions and real estate developers to bring affordable housing and increased affordable homeownership opportunities to residents. We keep housing affordable by owning the land and putting limits on the values landlords can rent homes and apartments for, as well as working with impact-focused mortgage lenders and grant-givers, so that low-income residents have long-term housing stability, lease-to-own options, a voting voice on what goes on in their community, and access to financial, business and wellness support.
