AFFORDABLE HOUSING & HOMEOWNERSHIP FOR ALL

The Father's House Oroville Community Land Trust (CLT) is a non-profit that transforms communities by partnering with community members, residents, investors, institutions and real estate developers to bring affordable housing and increased affordable homeownership opportunities to residents. We keep housing affordable by owning the land and putting limits on the values developers can sell or rent homes and apartments for, as well as working with impact-focused mortgage lenders and grant-givers, so that low-income residents have long-term housing stability, lease options (rent-to-own), a voting voice on what goes on in their community, and access to financial, business and wellness support.

ABOUT FATHER's HOUSE RESTORATION MINISTRIES

Father's House Restoration has over the last 3+ decades helped transform the city of Oroville through clearing up over 150 tons of trash and building residential properties, faith-driven programs, and businesses such as Yoville Yogurts and the Lord's Gym which's sole mission are to provide financial sustainability to community-focused non-profit programs.  This includes over 100 beds of low-income housing, a food bank that feeds over ____ people per year, a school of transformation for recovering addicts and those coming from trauma situations and in need of healing, a park for community festivals like our Lights of Hope festival that has over 30,000 attendees, as well as investing in micro-businesses and sustainability projects founded by community members such as animal therapy, community garden, farming, solar-powered water pumps, restoration sheds, and more.
